Privacy Policy & Donor Protection

How Enriching Hands Society safeguards beneficiary dignity and donor information.

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you pledge a donation, register as a volunteer, or subscribe to our dispatches, Enriching Hands Society collects your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and transaction references. We never store or process credit/debit card numbers or personal banking passwords on our servers.

2. How We Use Donor Data

  • To generate verified Reference IDs and dispatch official tax/statutory acknowledgement slips.
  • To coordinate verification of bank transfers with Meezan Bank or Raast.
  • To dispatch audit reports and emergency livelihood appeals when authorized.

3. Public Transparency Ledger Masking

To respect personal privacy, all donor records displayed in our public lookup tool automatically mask private emails (e.g. k***r@gmail.com). Donors who wish their names to remain entirely anonymous can state so in the pledge notes.

4. Beneficiary Dignity & Consent

All student photographs, vocational case studies, and field quotes published across dev.enrichinghands.org are documented with the explicit, informed consent of the beneficiaries or their legal guardians.

5. Non-Disclosure & Third Parties

We do not trade, sell, or rent donor contact details to any marketing entities or unauthorized third parties. Information is only submitted to the Punjab Charity Commission or regulatory authorities when strictly required by Pakistan's statutory non-profit regulations.

6. Contact Us Regarding Your Data
